Optimum Talent was initially created to assist STEM female graduates with telling their story, building their confidence and improving their interview and job search skills. Having worked on a number of graduate STEM programs, we found that females were not performing as well at the interview stage even though they were smart, articulate and well qualified. The universities do their best to prepare students to become job ready but there is this gap in developing job search skills at the time the individual is truly engaged in the prospect of finding their first role.
Our programs have now expanded to providing coaching programs for early career professionals and newly appointed managers.
